The Inside Sales Agent is the heart of our team. They strive to connect with clients looking to buy, sell or rent homes. The best ISA's are excellent communicators and genuinely want to help people. They have attention to detail, take phenomenal notes, have great listening skills, and above all consistently follow through. We have a fantastic CRM to facilitate client conversations, and help you realize your goals.

Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 8pm & Friday - Sunday 8:30am - 5pm. Evenings (until 8pm) and weekends are a part of the schedule, and a great time to connect with our clients when they are available.

Real estate experience is helpful, but not required. What is required is tenacity! In order to hit the upper levels of salary, you must get your real estate license, and that is required within 60 days of starting.

Duties:

- This position is 80% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building & 20% outbound lead generation once you have your real estate license.

- Qualify incoming leads, generating appointments for our agents.

- Report activity and results on a daily basis

- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by leadership.

Qualifications:

We don't care about experience. We care about attitude. Our clients trust us to help them through the largest (and most stressful) transaction of their lives. We strive to provide exceptional service, and the only way to truly do that is to authentically care about others. This role is about reaching out to people, and we've found to be the most successful, you're making 200-250 calls a day & our CRM is fantastic at facilitating calls. Bi-lingual is a plus. Our business is digital and requires a standard comfort level with computers.

Compensation

Base hourly plus bonus on closed transactions. Potential for advancement and increased compensation as you progress within the department or another area of the business. Our top performers in this position exceed $100,000 per year.

Pay: $40,560.00 - $125,000.00 per year
